Unique small house which is designed by Sepka Architects is a perfect sample of small house. It is built on sloping terrains which is situated on the outskirts of Cernin. HSH architekti made this house interior layout be based on alternating straight and sloping floor surfaces creating the overall spiraling character of the interior and defining the building’s external appearance. The designer has perfectly organized the limited space into comfortable living area that will allow the family members to do more activities. In this house includes a bedroom that especially designed to store huge books collection, children bedroom with 2 beds, a kitchen, dining room, bathroom and a small living room with LCD TV.
However, the use of the sloping floor on the ground floor is not purposeless. It is since the investor requested to accommodate movie projections as a small movie theater. Windows and other openings are placed with respect of the external facade. In the meantime, each of the walls only has one opening. The house exterior is painted with pink color with the purpose for thermal and water insulation. From the outside it looks cute and tiny but when you enter this house you’ll see the innovative interior design that needs high level creativity to create it.
